This band is now Melbourne’s hardest working band. Some arguably would say it is also Melbourne’s most popular rock & roll band. The Fender Benders are a little “different” from the others in that they project good sound and a high level of energy on stage. Add to that, one could also sense even a degree of “edginess” in vocal and tunes selections which adds excitement and delight when attending the band’s gigs.
You can certainly dance to all the music which cover tunes from rock & roll, rockabilly and country rock and including some self-penned originals.
For Ararat’s Jailhouse Rock Festival the focus will be Rock and Roll music, a perfect mix of classic and original for the serious dancers .
